Dr. Judy Walrath began her career as an optometrist in 2013 as has been practicing at Dr. Tavel since then. She practices at our New Castle, IN office. Dr. Walrath graduated with a BA in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry. She is an expert in ocular disease and is AOA and IOA certified.
