Dr. Miller has been the owner of Baseline Vision Clinic in Oregon since 1979, after she graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. She is committed to high quality eyecare with time and availability for every individual patient. Dr. Miller is also a member of the American Optometric Association.
