Optometrist - Full-time - Medically-Oriented Private Practice - Olympia & Lacey, WA

Our practice has been providing the Olympia area with quality eye care for over 40 years. Our staff consists of highly trained professionals working with the most modern and accurate equipment to make every patients’ visit to our office as efficient and pleasant as possible. We’re looking for a fantastic, eager doctor to join our team!

What You’ll Need:

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
  • Valid WA state license to practice optometry
  • Residency or year of experience preferred
  • Passion for specialties encouraged

Exposure: At our practice, our doctors have the ability to practice to the full extent of their degree and license. Our patient population and demographic is extremely diverse, and on any day our ODs can anticipate providing comprehensive eye exams, medical eye care, dry eye treatment, pre and post-operative care for eye surgery, pediatric eye care, vision therapy treatment, low vision treatment, and emergency eye care. 

Equipment: We make sure that our ODs have all of the equipment they need to provide their best care! Our Olympia clinic has six exam lanes in 3450 sq. feet and the Lacey clinic has 6 exam lanes in 6500 sq. feet. We feature a highly trained staff of technicians, opticians, and patient care coordinators. Both locations have access to SD-OCT, digital photography, Humphrey Visual fields, Matrix, and Scout Topography with Wave contact lens fitting software. Our in-house optical also performs lens edging on-site. We have been customizing and using Crystal Practice Management EHR since 2011.

Schedule: We are looking for a full-time doctor to work 3 days at our Olympia office and 2 days at our Lacey office:
Mon - Wed: 8am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 10am - 7pm
Friday: 10am - 5pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 3pm

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, as well as a production bonus after the first year.  Benefits include:
