Bend, OR - Seeking Optometrist FULL TIME (Job share)

Lifetime Vision Care and Coffman Vision Clinic are in need of 3 days and 2 days per week, respectively starting March 1, 2022. Our offices have been very successful in hosting shared optometric associates, and our offices have parallel goals and philosophies of patient care. Both offices offer full-scope practice and some specialty services. Schedules are booked for months, and we need a doctor who is motivated to provide excellent patient care.

· Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)

· Valid OR state license to practice optometry (or pending)

· Knowledge or experience in vision therapy or rehabilitation for post-stroke or post-trauma is a plus but not required

· A self-directed and motivated work ethic

· Ability to have compassion for and build rapport with all people

· Willingness to learn new techniques and equipment

· Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Optos Retinal Imaging, OCT, Visual Fields, pachymetry

LVC has:

Corneal Topographer, Vision Training program, specialty contact lenses, Revolution EHR

CVC has:

In-house edging lab, Anterior Segment Camera, Crystal PM EHR, dry eye clinic

Schedule: We value work-life balance - no weekends! We also only schedule 10 to 15 patients per day on average so that our ODs have ample time to spend with their patients, and don’t burn out!

*Recent grads and experienced optometrists are encouraged to apply!

Compensation & Benefits:  Both offices offer a per diem of $440 per day. All credentialing, CE costs, licensing, CPR, and memberships are covered by the host offices. Ask about PTO benefits per office. After a probationary period, benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
