Optometrist - Full-time - Medically-Oriented Private Practice - Peoria, IL

Our multi-disciplinary integrated care team allows our doctors to care for the systemic health of our community! Under our roof, we have telemedicine, primary care, on-site physical therapy, audiology, preventive health, care management, and optometry, as well as an on-site pharmacy, on-site diagnostic testing, and lab. We are offering the unique opportunity to work alongside a team of professionals focusing on patient care!

What You’ll Need:

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
  • Valid IL state license to practice optometry (or pending)
  • A self-starting nature–we’re looking for someone to blaze their own trail without guidance
  • The desire to grow alongside and take responsibility for the practice 
  • The ability to coordinate with people of different personality types and backgrounds, as we work across various areas in healthcare

A Great Team: With over 30 employees at the practice that they’ll be working alongside, and staff they will be working directly with–including a technician and front desk associates–our OD will always have a full team supporting them in their day to day responsibilities.

Schedule: We value work-life balance - no weekends! Our doctors work a standard 8 to 5 schedule Monday to Friday, and only see 2-3 patients an hour to ensure that they can always offer their best care.
