Our optometric practice serves the Lawrenceville, Suwanee, and Dacula GA areas. Our doctors take pride in giving each patient the best in vision care—whether through fitting them with eyeglasses or contact lenses, diagnosing cataracts, glaucoma, or other eye diseases, or recommending LASIK and different eye surgery procedures. What You’ll Do:
As an optician in our practice, your regular duties will include:
- Greeting all incoming and outgoing patients
- Educating and assisting patients in selecting their glasses frames and lenses
- Taking patient glasses related measurements
- Presenting and dispensing glasses
- Maintaining glasses inventor
- Communicating with doctors, staff, and patients
- Frame styling
- Lens recommendations
- Monitoring patient flow
- Answering telephones
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Processing insurance information, and processing payments
What You’ll Need:
- Our ideal candidate is a friendly, outgoing, and dependable person who always puts the patient first.
- Candidates must have some experience in fitting and dispensing eyewear. We are willing to train the candidate with limited experience.
